My dear Mr. Secretary:
The President has received your letter
of April twenty-sighth enclosing a copy of a reso-
lution adopted by the Business Council of the Three
Affiliated Tribes of the Fort Berthold Reservation,
North Dakota, and other enclosures regarding the
acceptance of the provisions of Public Law 437,
Eighty-first Congress. The President appreciates
your courtesy in making these documents available
to him.
