Dear Senator:
I read your letter of the 13th with a
great deal of interest. For your information,
the program as outlined in the matter to which
you refer, is proceeding very satisfactorily.
Efforts are being made, of course, to
cause us all the trouble possible in getting
the plan to work. There are certain conditions
which have to be met on a gradual basis.
Eventually we will accomplish the pur-
pose, if the busybodies will let us alone.
