Dear Philleo:
I am enclosing a copy of a letter
which I recently received from Dean Griswold
of the Harvard Law School. I have had my
fingers crossed as to the reception which
might be given the Report by some of the law
school people. Here is one top authority, at
least, who seems to be pleased.
I plan to be in Washington
between Christmas and New Year's to attend
the annual meeting of the American Political
Science Association. I will give you a call
and, if you are in town, perhaps we can have
a few minutes together.
