Dear Governor:
I certainly wish I could come to Topeka next
Saturday and nothing would give me more
pleasure than to have a visit with you. Condi-
tions are such here though that it is not possible
for me to leave at this time,
This will be the first Reunion I have missed in
*PA7600-A
many a year and it is one that I was very anxious
to attend,
