ALBERT A. RIDGE UNITED STATES DISTRICT JUDGE KANSAS CITY 6, Mo. May 6, 1948 Dear Mr. . President: Congratulations on your birthday. May the Master of us all, in His wisdom, see fit to endow you with many more such natal days. It is most pleasing to observe that you are sustaining your good health and fine spirit in the statesmanship that you are exemplifying, notwithstanding the manifold troublesome problems that presently weigh upon you. That you will continue to do so for the next five years is my earnest prayer. I hope the affairs of state will permit us to see you in Omaha next month. Sincerery fours, all ALBERT A. RIDGE The President, The White House, Washington, D. C.
