Dear Rabbi Gourary:
The President is most happy to learn of the 13th
annual dinner of the United Lubavitcher Yeshivoth and
wants me to extend to you, on his behalf, hearty con-
gratulations and warm personal greetings to all who are
joining in the celebration.
American Jewry has reason to be proud of its
great heritage. The work you are doing to continue the
XPP719
study of Torah and Jewish knowledge will help to fit
young Americans for service to their country and for
fuller participation in the Jewish community, wherever
they may live.
Very sincerely yours,
MRS. JOSEPH SHORT
Secretary to the President
