Dear Mr. President,
This is just to let you know that I
returned to Washington today after a week on the
West Coast, Arizona, and New Mexico, where I saw
Clint Anderson. We spent practically all of our
time discussing the Library We have plans worked
out and I think we will make some real progress.
We will keep you informed as we go along.
I might say, for your information, that
there is a tremendous Truman enthusiasm throughout
the West.
