Subject:
Directive to Commander in
Chief of U.S. Forces of Occu-
pation regarding the military
government of Germany.
Enclosures: J.C.S. 1067/6 (Copy No. 70).
J.C.S. 1067/8 (Copy No. 67).
The directive in the enclosure to J.C.S. 1067/6, as
amended by the enclosure to J.C.S. 1067/8, has been ap-
proved by the President.
The enclosures are forwarded for appropriate action.
