WOOD FLOORS Delivery asta No date for balance of materials - Completion date cannot be determined. The basis for the above statements is that the Hasbrouck Flooring Company has not started with the laying of finished 3rd floors, and have not given any date as to when they will starbo Balance of finished flooring and subflooring still to be delivered. HOLLOW METAL November 26th for materials December 15th for installation This schedule now two weeks behind or: ginal dates CABINET WORK December 1st for materials Cor - CONTINED January 15th for installation This schedule based upon delivery of doors o EXTERIOR STONE December 33.st for materials January 31, 1952 for installation Mr. Romberg, subcentractor, indicates that this schedule is the same as he indi- ested a month ago. North side material at site, bat mable to set due to painters' exterior scaffolding, Awaiting deternination of acceptable Tennessee Gray for North Side. PAINTING Exterior Completion December 31st Interior - Contingent primarily upon finished flooring Note: Due to inclement weather, exterior work has been set back ten days. FIRE HOSE CARINETS - GRILLES, ETC. November 30th for delivery - December 31st for installation Materiala being delivered in small quantities from day to day. SPECIAL LIGHTING FIXTURES Mr. Davis of O. R. Evans Company informs me that approximately $25,000 worth of entire contract now ready for shipment. This consists to a large extent to Third Floor fixtures. He also stated that it will be two to three weeks after selection of balance of fixtures to fabricate same.
