At 3:05 P.M., Tuesday, November 28, 1950, the President convened a special meeting the National Security Council in the Cabinet of Room at the White House. Smith, Director, Central Intelligence Agency The President asked General Bradley, who had set up a large map of Korea at one end of the room, to delay the military briefing until the Cabinet convened at 4 P.M.
