7115 August 28, 1951 Dear Mr. Ambassador: I appreciate very much your letter of the twentieth. I am sure that we have the hysteria people on the run. There is a Resolution in the Senate now to expell McCarthy for his actions. I don't know whether it will get anywhere or not but it shows there is an awakening to the situation with which we are faced.
