In response to a subse uent request from Senator Tydings, the Executive Committee on Economic Foreign Policy is now engaged in formulating recommendations as to changes in existing law designed to implement this policy. These recommendations will be submitted to you for your approval before transmitting them to the Filipino Rehabilitation Commission. to JOSEPH C.
