The British Foreign Office has sent to Schoenfeld a memorandum of the British interview with Mikolajezyk in order that there might be no misunderstanding between the American and British Governments regarding Mikolajcayk's views. The British memorandum is in substantial accord with the report already submitted by Schoenfeld. The only differences arise out of Mikolajezyk's statement to the British that Trampezynski, a National Democrat in Poland, should be included in the conversations and a request for guarantees. These guarantees include Russian agreement to freedom of movement and discussion and freedom from arrest and interference, including the right to depart when the conversations in Moscow are over. Laval to Surrender to the French. The Spanish Foreign Minister has informed Ambessador Armour that Lavel now wishes volunterily to surrender to the Fronch authorities. The necessary arrangements are being made. Belcimn Prime Minister to Visit King. Belgian Prime Minister plans to lenve on June 4 to see the King and will urge the necessity for immediate decision.
