Dear Senator:
You don't know how very such I appreciated
your seporandum of November thirtieth on
your visit to France and Italy.
It 1s exactly what I wanted and will be
exceedingly helpful in sone of the things
which are now pending.
I will not object at all if you choose to
give ne a lecture as one of your graduate
students. One of my handicapa to this
program is that I an not one of your graduate
atudents.
