The President
I am attaching a letter and memorandum
from Mr. Justice Jackson.
I am in agreement with his proposal and
I think we should send him a letter approving his
suggestions.
I'11 appreciate it if you will discuss the
matter with the Attorney General and get his approval
on a letter to Justice Jackson.
