Major Graham:
There is being released to the
press today in Moscow a copy of a
letter from Secretary Marshall to Mr.
Molotov on the subject of Korea. The
Attached telegrams give the draft of
the letter that is being released. I
thought you would be interested in
having these in case the press release
occasions a question from the President
on this subject.
