Dear Charlie:
I am attaching the letter on the Korean
Aid Bill which I discussed on the phone, as well
as a short statement which the President might
wish to make at the time of the public release of
the letter Saturday morning.
We shall get into your hands tomorrow morning
a memorandum on the legislative position which the
President can have prior to his consultation with
Congressional leaders on Monday.
