11:40 A.M. The President lands at Receiving Station Landing Party enters cars and drives to Officers' Club for luncheon. No press at luncheon. About 11:50 A.M. The President arrives at Officers Club. About 12:10 P.M. The President and Admiral Radford (and possibly othera) form a receiving line to receive luncheon guests. Refreshments will be available for all guests. 12:30 P.M. Luncheon served. No presa present. 1:30 P.M. Luncheon concluded. Brief remarks by Admiral Radford, the Governor, and the President. Press will be admitted for the speeches. Arrangements have been made for the speeches to be broadcast, sublact to approval of Mr. Ross. Photographs to be made, provided Mr. Ross approves About 2:00 P.M. Luncheon concluded Party enters cars for tour of military bases. Car assignments on attached list. All press to accompany. At Tripler General Hospital, pool press only will be permitted to accompany the President through the werds. All photos inside the hospital to be made only with the express permis- sion of Mr. Rosa, About 5:00 P.M. Tour completed. Party returns to quarters. 7:00 P.M. Members of the Presidential mess have dinner in the President's quarters. 11:00 P.M. All press report to MATS Terminal, Hickam Field, and board their chartered press plane to be airborne by 11:30. 11:30 P.M.
