Enclosed are copies of reports of
Rome
Signor A. Masprone, Field Representative of
American Relief for Italy in Rome, which I
organized and of which I am Chairman, cover-
ing his inspections on January 8, 18 and 22,
of the distribution in several towns of re-
lief materials provided by the organization.
The report of January 22 covers the
prompt steps taken by Signor Masprone to
relieve the distress resulting from the
