Mr. President:
On the eve of the celebra-
tion of the Feast of Christmas may I respectfully pre.
sent my heartfelt greetings and best wishes for this
Holy Season. It is my earnest prayer that the Infant
Savior will continue to bless you and your people,
upholding your hands in the performance of the heavy
tasks of your responsible office and guiding you in
your zealous work for the attainment of world-wide
peace.
With sentiments of profound respect and with all
good wishes for the coming New Year, I beg to remain
