My dear Mr. President,
It is with great pleasure that I
transmit to you the attached message
from General MacArthur concerning
Mr. Dodge's Mission in Japan.
Mr. Dodge is now returning to the
United States by boat. It is expected
that he will arrive in Washington about
the middle of the month.
