The President,
The White House
Dear Mr. President:
Attention: Mr. Connelly
I had a very nice visit with Bart Crum
today and despite rumors and news stories,
he is supporting you 100% and wants to con-
tinue to do so.
He makes an urgent plea for you to
consider with reference to the Palestine
situation, the attached memorandum which
expresses his views. I hope that you will
give this consideration.
Very respectfully yours,
/s/ Robert E. Hannegan
