Dear Eddie:
I appreciated very much your letter of the
second in regard to the proposed statement
that Judge Proskauer expects to issue.
I think he would make a mistake in issuing
a statement of that sort because progress is
being made along the lines about which I spoke
to you the other day but nearly every time we
get to the point of an agreement in this matter
somebody upsets the applecart and it wouldn't
surprise me a bit if they didn't upset this one
before we can get it working. I sincerely hope
that doesn't take place.
