Parent April 1, 1952 Memorandum for: Donald S. Dawson From: The President Attached is a memorandum from Frank Face, about which he talked with me yesterday. I wish you would look into this situation and see what can be done. He has also made a recommendation for Governor of the Canal Zone. I also have a recommendation for General Seibolt. The recommendation of Mr. Face is for Paxson. Both of these recommendations are supposed to have been made by General Pick. I wish you would look into this matter and see just exactly what the facts are. HSJ.
