SUBJECT:
The Soviet Supply Program
In accordance with a Presidential directive
of October 2, 1942, to Mr. E. R. Stettinius, Jr., to the
effect that the President be advised monthly of the status
of the Soviet Supply Program, I have prepared the attached
brief statement of the major current factors as of today.
The regular monthly statistical report on
the entire program for the period ended April 30, 1945
will follow in due course as soon as the information has
been gathered and correlated.
