Monsieur le Président,
I have the honour and pleasure to extend to
Your Excellency an invitation to visit Thailand as guest
of His Majesty's Government during your forthcoming
world tour.
In transmitting to Your Excellency this
invitation, it is my earnest desire to assure you that
your visit to Thailand will not only give a particular
feeling of gratification to His Majesty's Government
and the Thai people who will be most happy to welcome
Your Excellency, but will also serve to strengthen still
further the cordial ties of friendship which link our
two countries and peoples.
I avail myself of this opportunity, Monsieur
