Dear Mrs. Roosevelt:
I appreciated most highly your note of the
fourteenth from London, enclosing me a copy
of the program of the Unveiling of the Memorial
of President Roosevelt on April twelfth, and a
copy of the program of The Pilgrims Dinner
at the Savoy Hotel that evening.
1 am very happy that everything went over
satisfactorily and that you are pleased with
the ceremony. 1 wish 1 could have seen it.
I'd certainly like to have copies of the speeches
that were made on that day if it isn't too much
trouble to send them to me.
I hope to see you sometime soon.
Sincerely yours,
HARRY S. TRUMAN
