It is an acknowledgement, of course, of the fact that we have discrimination within our om country. As that is well known, I do not see what we should not acknowledge it and bring out the fact that the Supreme Court has Just taken a step forward and we feel we are moving forward, but that in international documente it would be a deception to agree to go beyond what we could obtain ratification for in Congress. I am sorry I did not see you when I was in Washing ton and I shall be delighted to have a chance to talk with you when- ever it is possible. Just now ay presence at the UN daily seems to be the most important thing for me. Very cordially yours, P.S. I failed to say that personally I believe there 18 right back of the establishment of a Jewish Sta te.
