Honorable Raymond H. Geist
American Consul
Berlin, Germany
Dear Mr. Geist:
I have been asked to write you regard-
ing the applications of Gertrude Kirschstein and
her son, Bernit, of Berlin C. 2, Neue Koenigstrt. 70,
for visas to the United States.
I have been informed that the necessary
papers have been executed in their behalf by
responsible citizens of the United States, and that
everything necessary has been done by the
applicants to qualify for visas.
I will appreciate anything that may be
done to expedite these applications.
Sincerely yours,
Harry S. Truman
