Character: INTERNAL SECURITY - RUSSIA CUBA Synopsis: Letter dated 1/31/64 from a writer in Havana, Cuba, stated the assassination of President KENNEDY was committed by a Mexican named "DUGLAS, and indicated that OSWALD and JACK RUBY knew nothing about it. This letter was directed to Dr. LUIS CONTE AGUERO, Miami, Fla. who has a nightly radio program beamed to Cuba. Dr. CONTE stated the author of the letter performs maintenance for Cuban ships and has previously furnished information regarded as valuable by Dr. CONTE. P i 2.
