nature so as to mislead the public into believing that the contributions solicited are to be used solely for
charitable, religious, educational and/or benevolent purposes, when in fact only a portion of such contribu-
tions are to be so used. In the event a permit has been previously issued and it is afterwards found out
that the solicitations are not properly made in accordance with the in formation Afurn shed in the original ap-
plication, the permit so granted will be immediately revoked.
