I. R. Stephens vas intervieved by Lieutenants C. C. vallace and P. G.
NeCaghren at 3:30 pm on Desember 2, 1963. This interview was essen-
tially the Same as his original report dated November 27, 1963. I. B.
Stpehons had this to adds
I have been asked if 1 know Jack Huby and I have seen him before, but
I doubt if I vould recognize hime I didn't see him in the erowd in
the basement of the City Hall. I have no idea how he got into the
basenent. I was down stairs approximately 5 or 10 minutes before
Oavald vas brought down, and nobody eame by my post while I was there.
I have not been intervieved by the Foderal Buroau of Investigation.
