JOAN HALEFAX, 317 Dorris Street, Now Orloans, was
FRANKLIN ADAMS, 2427 Camp Street, New Orleans,
contacted concerning information she related to her sistor
stated that ho know of no one on the Art Department Staff
about LEE HARVEY OSWALD and JACK RUDY.
who is a homosexual or of anyone who might know LKE HARVEY
OSWALD or JACK LRON RUBY,
JOAN stated that what she told hor sistor VERONA
WRS moro or less hearsay rather than fact. Sho said that KLAUS
WINKELMANN, a friend of hers, who is on the faculty at Tulane
University mentioned to hor somothing to the offoct that LEE
HARVEY OSWALD and JACK RUBY woro seen together in Now Orleans
by an alloged homosexual and that this homosexual was reported
to have mlept with both OSWALD and RUBY,
JOAN stated that the way the story went, the homosexual
involved was on the staff of the Art Dapartment, Newcomb College,'
New Orleans, but she could not recall his name,
JOAN stated that if there actually was a homosexux)
on the Art Department Staff, he would most likely be known by
a FRANKLIN ADAMS who in also on the Art Department Staff,
Newcoub Collego.
JOAN stated that this was all she knew about thim
matter and doubted if WINKELMANN know any more than she.
