SUBJECT: DEE HARVEY OSWAID (6)
Sir:
The following report is submitted for your information.
Memorandum to Captain W.P. Gannaway, dated December 2, 1963 pertaining
to LEE HARVKY OSWAID. Quote "The undersigned received information from a
confidential source that approximately tuo weoks prior to the assassination
of President of the Unitod Statos John F. Kennedy, SUEJECT made application
for employment at the Allright Parking System, 1208 Commerce Street" Signed
Bob K. Carroll, Detective, Administrative Section.
On January 23. 1964 the undersigned officer intervieted Mr Eubertals
Morrow, W/M/. who is one of the managers at the Altright Parking System,
1208 Commerce Stroot. RI-8-4348. Mr. Morrow's residence address is 2334
McAdams, FE-2-1346.
Nr. Morrow stated that approximately six or seven days prior to the
assassination of the President of the United States John Fitzgerald Kennedy
SUNJECT came to the parking lot asking for a job. Mr. Morrow stated that
while talking to him about the job, asised him how high the parking
lot building was and if it afforded a good view of Dallas, Mr. Morrow stated
that at the time SUBJECT was applying for employment he was dressed in a
dirty white I shirt and blue jeans, and was carrying a newspaper, and that
it was during the early morning hours. Mr. Morrow stated that the last time
he saw SUIJECT he was waiting to talk with Mr. Claude Hallmark _another one
of the managers. Mr. Morrow states that the reason he remombers SUBJECT so
tell is that he wrote SUBJECT'S namo down, and that he thought the name was
Osburn, but that when he called SULJECT Mr. Osburn, SUBJECT corrected him
and-told him that the name was (Oswald, Mr. Morrow reloted that two of the
employees also observed SUBJECT while he was at the parking lot. These
employees are: Frimett Kontgomery, c/M and Charlio Dabbs, c/Me Enmett
Montgomery is still employed at the parking lot. but Charlio Dabbs is no
longer there. Mr. Morrou did not know the residence addresses of thedo
two employees and the personel files were not available at the time of this
interview.
