Subject:
At approximatoly 11.00 an Sunday , November 23 9 1963 I along with
several other officers was assigned to the passage=May leading from
the jail office to the street ranp e At approximately 11.30 am we
observed Lee Harvey Oswald being led from the jail office.
As the officers and Oswald approached where I was standing & observed
Jack Ruby push hia way toward Oswald. I observed the gun in Ruby's
and observed hira shot Oswald in the side. Just before Ruby got
hand to Oswald I recognized Jack and shouted " Jack you S .0. B. don't do
