CHICAGO, June 5.-With the indict-
ment today of Scarface A1 Capone
there was disclosed evidence indicat-
ing the great organization of the
Chicago gang chieftain is disintegrat-
ing.
Shortly after Capone was indicted
for the willful evasion of income taxes
amounting to $215,080.48, the gang
leader surrendered to H. C.W Lau-
