JOHNSON, Daily Diary Mrs. Johnson began her day at (Place) Stanley Towers, Montreal, Canada Date Monday, 21 fugust 1967 Entry No. Time Activity not dictuted 7:30 Breakfast. 8:30 Left the Towers with Max & Marietta, Liz & Simone; went to Helene de Champlain Park and from there, took Balade to the (zechaslovatian Pavilion for tour. 10:45 Took Balade to the Art Gallery - toured. 11:28 Toured "Man and the Community" Pavilion and saw movie. 11:50 Toured model apartment in "Habitat 67". 12:13 Went to the us Pavilion - photos in the Rose garden. 12:28 Went to Helene de Champlain Park -- had luncheon in the Chateau. 1:40 Walked back to the U.S. Pavilion to see a movie_"Time to Play". 2:20 Arrived at the Bell Telephone Pavilion to see movie - 11 screen in the round" - re Canada from coast to coast. 3:01 Went to the Australian pavilion -- saw kangaroos and heard a recording by P.M. Menzes. 3:36 Went to see "Man the Provider" pavilion -- saw chickens hatching, and Texas longhorns. 4:16 Toured the Iranian Pavilion - in view of the Shah's forthcoming visit to Washington. 4:48 Went to Helene de Champlain park for good-byes to Mrs. Shaw (Wife of Deputy Commissioner General of Expo who had accompanied throughout trip). 5:40 Departed Dorval Airport with Liz, Juanita, and Dorothy; continued on to Washington after changing planes in New York. 9:07 Arrived at the White House.
