The Truth Squad and The Republican
Record
I hate to break into the great enjoyment and good fellowship of this
fine gathering of good Democrats here today to speak of the Republicans.
But, you and I must face St. we are in a campaign to put the Republicans
out of the White House . end we are going to do tt.
The people deserve the forth for this campaign.
You know, pie am amazed by the reports that the Republicans have once
again cet up their "treate aquad". They have had this "truth squad" ever
since 1952 - going up with dawn the covality looking for the truth. But so
far they haven't Sorns the Acal II 3.52 not surprised. They would not know
the truth If they BENT 31.
But seriously. the fact is that they need a real honest to goodness truth
squad, They need 28 to go over their own propeganda. Why, you know they
could make the most bankrupt buskness in the country sound like a rock of
financial stability. They have a new system They have divorced assets
and debits. at works like this.
"We have more people working than ever before in our history", they
loudly declare. This is the asset. 'And why shouldn't we have more people
working? We have more people than ever for our history.
