Roth\nof said County, being daly sworn, testifles and says that he is well acquainted with the above named\nand that\nthe said grade axt\nund has been so acquainted with him for five years,\nf\nayl\nhas continually resided within the limits and under\nthe jurisdiction of the United Stat of America for five years last past, and for one year lust past within the\nState of California, and that during such time he has behaved himself as a man of good moral character,\nattached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States, and well disposed to the good order and\nhappiness of the same.\ng B.
