To be admitted a eitifen of the United States. Jacob Finekler of said County, being duly aworn, testifies and says that he is well acquainted with the above named Mathaus gursele and has been so acquainted with him for five years, and that the said. n has continually resided within the limits and under the jurisdiction of the United States of Ameriea for five years last past, and for one year last past within the State of California, and that during such time he has behaved himself as a man of good moral character, attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States, and well disposed to the good order and of the Subscribed and sworn to in open Court, this happiness 17th same. County of Los Engeles. 16e 1t Remembered, That on the 17th day of July in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred formerly of Germany Bursel at present of the State of California, aforesaid, appeared in the Superior Court of Los Angeles County, the said Court being a Court of Record, having common law jurisdiction, and a Clerk and Seal, and applied to the said Court to be admitted to become a CITIZEN OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, parsuant to the directions and requisitions of the Act of Congress of the United States of America, entitled "An Act to establish an Unifosm Rule of Naturalization, and to Repeal the Acts heretofore passed on that Subject," and of the several Acts in And the relation said effereto. having thereupon produced to the Court such evidagice, made suchi Declaration and Renunclation, and taken such Oaths as are by the said Act required, thereupon it was nathen gunise ordered by Court of the Codnty of Los be admitted, Angeles, that and the said he was accordingly admitted by the said Court to be a CITIZEN OF THE CUNITED STATES OF AMERICA. in Testimong umbereof, the Seal of the said Court affixed this. 17th is hereanto spay day Inly of in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and in the year of our Independence [SEAL.] the one hundred and Per Cariam: e CENT L.R.
