being duly sworn, on oath alclares that he is a native of

that he emigrated thence, embarked at Bremen

years, and owns allagiance to the compuner of Hermany
and arrived
at New Orleant
in the United States, on the

189 and that it is Bona Fide his intention to reside in, and become a Citizen of the
United States, and to renounce all allegiance and Fidelity to every Foreign Prince, Potentate or Sovereignty
