appeared
being duly sworn, Boger on oath declares that he is a native of Scolland
in the Superior Court of Los Angeles County, before the Clerk thereof. Grorge
an alien, and reports himself for Waturalization, and
aged 29 years, and owns allegiance to Retriedum of treat Pritain
that he emigrated thence, embarked at
Liverpore
and arrived
at norfolk Regine in the United States, on the 10th day of. may
(1870
and that it is Bona Fide his intention to reside in and become a Citizen of the United States, and to renounce
all allegiance and fidelity to every Foreign Prince, Potentate or Sovereignty whatever and particularly to
Victoria Them of Great Britain
