D. 190\nappeared in the Superior Court of Los Angeles County, before the Clerk thereof\nappea\nIsaac Lagarins\nbeing duly sworn, on oath declares that he is a native of\nRussia\nan alien, and reports himself for Naturalization, and\nbeing\naged\n23 years, and owns allegiance to the Egan of Russin\naged\nthat he grated thence, embarked at Sligawn\nand arrived\nthat\nat Philadelphia in the United States, on\nthe\n10\nday of april\nat\n/\n1898 and that it is Bona Fide his intention to reside in, and become a citizen\nof\nthe United States and to renounce all allegiance and fidelity to every Foreign Prince, Potentate, State or Sovereignty whatever. and\nof th\nparticularly to the Egan 8 Russia\npartie\nIsaac Lajarns\nSubscribed and sworn to before me, this\nZinite\nday\nof Feb\n190\nIn Testimony\nSEAL\nClerk set hand and Official Seal, this\nWhereof, of said 1, Superior Chicago Cuart, hergunto my\nUnit\nday of\nFeb\n1904\nO.p.
