Los Angeles c\nLos Angeles, California.\nThe United States of America, through FREDERIOK JONES\nNaturalization Examiner, presents this, its petition, and respectfully represent\nits\nTHAT on April 13, 1915\n,\nJesus Morales\n,\na nativ\nMexico\n, and a subjoct of\nin this court;\nhis declaration of intention to become a citizen of the United States, No. 8594\nMexico\nf\nTHAT the said alien, at a time when the Government of the United States was 4\nwar with a sovereignty other than that to which the said alien owed allegiance, un\noath, in affidavit form, befors Local Board No. 16\n, for\nLos Angeles\nNo. 16\nCalifornia\n(County)\n.\n(city)\n,\nclaimed rel\n(Division)\n,\nfrom liability to military service in the armies of the United States, and further\n(State)\nunder oath declared that he, the said alien, had made the declaration to become a\ncitizen of the United States herein referred to, and that it was well known to him\nthat under Federal statute, to wit, the act of Congress appreved July 9, 1918, his\nnot of claiming relief from liability to military service in the armies of the\nover debarred him from becoming a citizen of the United States;\nUnited States operated to withdraw and cancel his declaration of intention, and for\nthe said act of July 9, 1918, and of Regulation No. 1172 of the Selective Service\nTHAT the said Local Board hereinbefore named, in pursuance of the provisions o\nlarations Regulations by the President of the United States, goyerning the withdrawal of dec-\naccorded to the said alien exemption from such military service.\nof intention by neutral aliens, and their exemption from military service,\nance of the said act of July 9, 1918, the declaration of intention No. 8594\nWHEREFORE, Your petitioner, the United States of America, prays that in pursu-\nfiled by the said alien in this court as above stated, be canceled and held for\nring the said alien from citizenship, and that a copy of said order be sent to the\nnaught, and an order be entered in and upon the records of this court, forever debar\nBureau of Naturalization, United States Department of Labor, at Washington, D.
