I have the honor to request you to date, sign, to. this
office this notice to take depositions in accordance with the terms of
Section 10 of the act of June 29, 1906, of R. A. Laird, Deputy Sheriff,
Eureka, Nevada, before R. McCharles, County Clerk, at the Court House,
Eureka, Nevada, on Monday, June 30, 19a3,
to prove the residence of John Hodak, Dec. 7, 1907-Dec. 5, 1909,
whose petition for naturalization No. 1983
was filed in the Superior
Court at Los Angeles, Cal., on December 7, 1912.
