I have the honor to request you to date, sign, and return to this
office this notice to take depositions in accordance with the terms of
Section 10 of the act of June 29, 1906, of Charles Brady, oceupation not
given, Simpson Place. and Rev. Benjamin Everett, minister, 724 South St.,
both of Peekekill, New York. before Wm. F. Bleakley, 16 Getty Sguare. Yonkers,
New York, at 10 a. m., Monday, March 3, 1913,
to prove the residence of Robert Peebles Sudall (Dec. 26, 1907-May 31, 1909),
whose petition for naturalization No. 2008 was filed in the Superior
Court, Los Angeles, California, December 26, 1912.
