Cunningham, occupation not given, 79 Lancaster St., both of Albany, N. Y., before Lester W. Bloch, 57 State St., Albany, N. Y., at 4 p. m. Monday, Dec. 1, 1913, to prove the residence of Joseph Abraham Atta (Aug. 1912), whose petition for naturalization No. 2640 was filed in the Court, Los Angeles, Cal., Sept. 10, 1913. nov Respectfully, SMINED J.
