I have the honor to request you to date, sign, and return to this
office this notice to take depositions in accordance with the terms of
Section 10 of the act of June 29, 1906, of Charles Marge, manager, 64
Herkimer St., and John i. Cunningham, occupation not given, 79 Lancaster
St., both of Albany, N. Y., before Lester W. Bloch, 57 State St., Albany,
N. Y., at 4 p. m. Monday, Dec. 1, 1913,
to prove the residence of Joseph Abraham Atta (Aug. 1912),
whose petition for naturalization No. 2640 was filed in the
Court, Los Angeles, Cal., Sept. 10, 1913.
