K said he was calling because he may have troubles=on the sixth
and asked if there was any chance of changing date to the 13th.
F said there is no chance. K said it is not clearly out but
he wanted to alert F and it is the sort of thing that is totally out
of his control. F said as long as it is uncertain, let's wait and
see what happens. F said all the invitations are out and it would
be difficult to switch it. K suggested changing it thex to the fifth
but F said he thinks it is almost impossible. F said if
K can't do it, they will try to get an adequate substitute.
K said he would do some checking here as to transportation possibilities

kk said he could probably get an XX AF plane to take him where
he had to go. F said it was possible to shift hour of dinner if that would
help. K said nothing except overriding problem will make him cancel
out and if this happens, K hopes F will give him another chance.
F assured K they would love to have him any time. K XX asked who
was making introduction and F said David. K said that pleased him very
much.
F said he thought the President's speech was very good and knew
K must have had a lot to do with it.
F said he had just written to
K about it.
