Telecon Secretary Rogers 2:35 p. m. 6/4/69 HAK said he mentioned their conversation with the President and it seemed like a responsible procedure and the planning date could slip a little. HAK told the President about Rogers feeling on the leaks and the President agreed with him. HAK wanted Rogers to read the text of the President's speech to the Air Force Academy and be aware of his remarks regarding the military and that Rogers should support it. Rogers said there would be no problem on that since he agrees completely. Rogers said he would look at it.
