Johnson was calling about Souvanna's request he made to the President.
x K said he was not present for the first 20 minuteta of the meeting.
K said he made no request while K was there, but he would check the
notes he had. Johnson thought he was going to make additional requests
for arms. K said no, they talked mostly about what we should say.
K said he didn't have all the notes yet. Johnson thought he would call
the interpreter than.
